About

Who is behind smplfAI.

smplfAI is a white-glove AI and operations practice for SMB operators. We find where payroll still funds work a system should own, ship the automation that pays back, and stay close while your team makes it stick.

Michael Korn · AI-first engineer & consultant · Miami, Florida

The founder

I'm Michael Korn — an AI-first engineer and consultant. I started smplfAI to help operators buy back capacity: less copy-paste and status chasing, more time for customers, delivery, and growth.

My path runs through product, analytics, and hands-on building. I've advised F50 technology companies on product and M&A research, led loyalty analytics for a major travel brand, founded and shipped consumer products, and trained in elite AI engineering cohorts building production systems under real deadlines.

I care about outcomes your team can run without me in the room — clear diagnostics, working systems, and retained support when the business and the tech keep changing.

How we work

Operators first

We start from how work actually flows — roles, tools, handoffs — not from a preferred tech stack.

Ship what pays back

Automation and AI only earn a place when they free capacity or improve outcomes you can measure.

Stay close after launch

Adoption, drift, and new tools are part of the job. Retained work exists so systems keep simplifying.
