Data Handling

How diagnostic funnel data is handled

Intake data is stored so the SMPLFAI team can qualify diagnostic requests, prepare for follow-up, and avoid asking operators to repeat the same context across the funnel.

PostHog events are intended to measure funnel progress, such as page visits, intake starts, intake submissions, and booking completion. Events should avoid raw intake answers, personal details, and sensitive business context.

Cal.com booking completion is measured with booking metadata and an authoritative webhook event. Metadata should use operational identifiers and funnel source values, not the full diagnostic answers.

Access to submitted information should be limited to the team members who need it for qualification, follow-up, and diagnostic delivery.

This disclosure is intentionally practical and general for the v1 public funnel. It does not include service endpoints, account names, account IDs, or secrets in tracked files.
